Why do you think your character would work in this setting?

She's a flux in and she's going to be very upset coming here after having just learned that she was cryogenicly frozen for 210 years in her canon. She'll recover enough to be willing to stay after she reaches her 6 month mark if she can just get them to let her go back for her son Shaun when her wait is up.

How do you plan to expand their CR?

She's just trying to adjust to life without her husband and having to wait for her son to be brought back to her. She was a lawyer before the bombs dropped and maybe she can do something like that now? Maybe earn enough to buy or build a cute little house to prep for his eventual return to her arms.

What will your character do for work?

She'll look into work in the legal field.
